Pool and Spa Depot is interviewing candidates for the position of Spa Delivery Crew Lead to work from our LaVergne, TN, location!
The Spa Delivery Crew Lead help load, unload, deliver and set up (in some cases) products to our customers or other store locations in a safe, efficient and timely manner.
The Spa Delivery Crew Lead help load, unload, deliver and set up (in some cases) products to our customers or other store locations in a safe, efficient and timely manner.
Duties Include; but are not limited to:
- Load and unload vehicles before and after deliveries.
- Observe all traffic laws and posted speed limits.
- Interacts with customers in a courteous and professional manner.
- Performs other duties as assigned by management
- Maintains a neat, clean appearance.
Requirements:
- Familiarity with delivery practices and handling methods.
- Must have a valid driver's license and be able to operate manual transmission
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Commitment to excellence and high standards
- Acute attention to detail
- Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
Qualifications:
- One to two years related experience or equivalent.
- Previous customer service and delivery experience.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience driving trailers, including backing up.
- Ability to effectively communicate with people at all levels and from various backgrounds.
- Have a clean driving record.
