They help residents navigate the complexities of long-term care, including care planning, transitions, and access to community resources. This role involves collaborating with nursing staff, maintaining accurate records, and advocating for residents' social, emotional, and psychological well-being.
The Social Services Assistant must have a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work with a minimum of 2 years in casework preferred
