Are you a Registered Nurses RN with previous MDS experience looking for a rewarding career in Warrenton, VA? Join our exceptional team at, conveniently located at 360 Hospital Dr, Warrenton, VA 20186. We are seeking a dedicated RN MDS Coordinator to help us deliver outstanding care to our residents.
Your Role as an RN MDS Coordinator :
The MDS Director has to collaborate with healthcare providers to develop individualized care plans and conduct assessments to determine resident eligibility for Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement
What You Need :
Active Registered Nurses license in Virginia or Compact State
Must also have experience in long term care / skilled nursing social work
Experience with ICD-10 coding and MDS assessment process
A commitment to providing compassionate and professional care
