Duties
- Conduct outbound calling to prospective clients to generate interest in our services
- Communicate effectively with potential customers to understand their needs and provide relevant information.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop targeted strategies for lead generation.
- Engage in telemarketing activities to promote our offerings.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the lead generation process, ensuring a positive experience for all prospects.
- Analyze market trends and feedback to refine lead generation strategies continuously.
Experience
- Proven experience in sales or business development, with a focus on lead generation preferred.
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for engaging with diverse clients.
- Prior experience in telemarketing or outbound calling is a plus.
