Job Title: Winter Youth Adventure Attendant

Department: Membership

Status: Seasonal PT

Reporting To: Youth & Outdoor Adventure Manager

Position Summary

The Winter Youth Adventure Attendant will be accountable for performing the daily tasks associated with the Winter children’s program. The Youth Adventure Attendant will be accountable for performing the daily tasks associated with on property events, day camps and the weekend children’s programming. Provide support to other departments during special events. Other duties as assigned by Youth & Outdoor Adventures Manager, and the Youth & Outdoor Adventures Director

• Ability to create activities for all ages. Ability to lead age appropriate games, activities
• Professional demeanor.
• Knowledge of hotel, resort and/or club operations.
• Ability to coordinate with other departments.
• Ability to ensure that the safety, security, and confidentiality of all children is of utmost importance.
• Ability to promote a positive image and display a pleasant and upbeat personality during all guest interactions.
• Group management skills with different age groups
• Maintain privacy of members in accordance with exclusive club operations.
  
  

Job Requirements And Qualifications

• High Diploma or equivalent.
• Current Pediatric First Aid/AED/CPR certification from an accredited institution is required. This certification can be provided as needed.
• Prior childcare experience preferred.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
• Must have a valid Drivers License.
  
  

Physical Requirements - Must be able to perform physical activities such as, but not limited to:

• Full range of body movements
• Reach, push, pull, lift, and carry objects that may be heavy (25 lbs)
• Prolonged periods of standing, walking, bending, and twisting
• Walk on even/uneven/slippery terrain
• Climb/descend stairs/ladders/uneven surfaces
  
  

Working Environment: Most activities will require working outdoors, which may be in inclement weather with exposure to uneven terrain and outdoor conditions.
