Currently we are seeking a candidate to join our United States Temporary Power team as a Mapper/Inventory Administrator.

Summary: Position will be the tracking and adjusting of rental inventory for a construction-based business. Will review documents from field installers, make revisions to a customer service software program, tracking and updating equipment inventory on a daily basis. Computer generated site plans will be updated and or created in conjunction with inventory tracking. Position will also be required to play a support role for area specific dispatching, including daily maintenance of scheduling applications. Position requires administrating paperwork for the area billing coordinator.

Job Responsibilities:

  • End of Day hand off with field installers to review incoming Paperwork.
  • Dispatch updates and verification of actual work completed by field installers.
  • Accountability of all field paperwork by use of computer tracking system.
  • Monitoring of inventory discrepancies and scheduling to resolution (Job Audits)
  • Scan, draw or computer generate site plans to track inventory.
  • Review and update monthly rental reports to verify inventory accuracy.
  • Monitor all inventory pick up requests.
  • Follow up with AR collectors to identify problem accounts.
  • Pull city, county and utility permits as needed.
  • Participate in installer meetings to facilitate training and reinforce understanding of proper paperwork.
  • Dispatch support for data entry and customer calls
  • Create and monitor spreadsheets.
  • Show up to work on time as scheduled, or personally phone supervisor prior to the start of shift.
  • Daily maintenance of scheduling applications.
  • Adhere to Power Plus! safety and quality standards.
  • Other duties may be assigned as business needs require.

Competencies:

  • Self-directed and enjoys contributing to a team.
  • Above average organizational abilities and the abilities to juggle multiple priorities with frequent interruptions.
  • Strong oral and written communication abilities, and the ability to grow and maintain relationships.
  • Ability to quickly learn and apply new and proprietary software.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of Photoshop or other image editing software.
  • Strong PC skills - must be proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Ability to manage multiple, different tasks and work accurately with detailed information.
  • Technical knowledge of a service industry and or machines, or aptitude a plus,
  • Interact with customers and sales staff effectively and must be able to

communicate effectively with customers and co-workers.

*Pay Range: $17-$20/hr
