Position Overview:
As a Customer Service Representative at PWS, you will be the frontline ambassador for our rapidly growing home services company, playing a pivotal role in delivering outstanding service and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. You will manage inbound and outbound communications, address customer concerns, schedule service appointments, and provide essential administrative support to our team. By embodying our commitment to exceptional customer service, you will help drive customer satisfaction, foster long-term relationships, and contribute directly to the continued success and expansion of PWS. Your ability to navigate service management software and coordinate effectively with our field technicians will be crucial in delivering seamless and efficient service experiences, ultimately enhancing our overall customer experience and supporting our growth.
Main Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of duties including answering phones, data entry, and clerical duties.
- Manage and coordinate schedule for sales and service calls.
- Develop and manage marketing ideas and social media applications.
- Follow up with customers regarding contracts and service work.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- 1-2 years of administrative support experience.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Experience with Service Titan and/or QuickBooks Online is a plus.
- A proactive attitude and ability to multitask effectively.
