Senior Project Manager
MetroPower is hiring an ElectricalProject Manager in Athens, AL The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for thesafe and profitable execution of electrical projects under his / her managementand will act as the primary resource who manages safety, customer satisfaction,employee satisfaction, profits, and sales growth for concurrent projectsinvolving one or more customers. Safety, Quality, and Productivity mustalways be the primary focus. This role will continually prospect for newcustomers through the execution of existing projects and conduct business inaccordance with PPC Partners and MetroPower, Inc. mission and visionstatements. Qualified candidates MUST have electrical experience.
Jobresponsibilities :
- Manage billing and collections; track accounts receivable and manage working capital
- Forecast weekly goals based on human and material resources and equipment.
- Analyze and forecast factors that affect results to maximum efficiency within the electrical project.
- Provide personnel development plans, monitoring, coaching, feedback & growth opportunities to direct reports.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers; ensure high quality service is provided to guarantee repeat sales and favorable recommendations.
