What are the responsibilities and job description for the Team Lead position at PPS-HPS?
We are looking for a team lead for our Hand Assembly department!
This position will entail performing hand assembly functions such as: inserting and matching ID cards, matching and coordinating documents and envelopes by hand that include confidential and sensitive information such as personal health information. As the lead, this person will QC work of others, print materials as needed and ensure all data entry and paperwork is completed. Other duties may be assigned.
Must have:
- Strong computer and data entry skills
- Experience performing quality control tasks
- Experience running a high speed commercial copier / scanner.
- Extremely strong attention to detail while performing meticulous work
- Ability to work with confidential information and ensure job is performed with 100% accuracy
- Strong ability to read & listen to job directions & ensure job is properly executed
- Physical requirements – frequent sitting/standing for long periods of time while running equipment or inserting/matching documents by hand. Some light lifting.
