What are the responsibilities and job description for the Client Service Manager position at Prairie Hills Financial Group?
1) Provide client relationship support that includes:
- Managing, gathering, and analyzing client data
- Helping prepare financial plans and client deliverables
- Working with clients to resolve issues
2) Design & Execute client service projects for individual PHFG clients, generally resulting from an interaction between a PHFG Financial Advisor and his/her client. Such projects can include one, or any multiple combination, of the following individual tasks:
- Trades & money movement
- Preparation, assembly & mailing of written communications, and forms
- Receiving, Scanning, and depositing client checks into financial accounts
- Tracking, receiving, filing, storing of incoming information from clients
- Updating client files and planning software with new information
- Drafting emails, letters, and other client communications on behalf of PHFG Advisors for review
- Drafting and/or executing text messages to clients through the Hearsay app
- Scheduling calls, meetings, activities & tasks for PHFG Financial Advisors
- Conducting calls and other communications directly with clients
- Preparing materials for meetings
3) Take calls from PHFG clients when requested PHFG Financial Advisor is unavailable. PHFG clients should receive a high level of attention and care when being assisted by a PHFG staff member. This may require:
- Receiving compliant verbal authorizations for trades, money movements, cash requests, and other transactions, which require a license, from clients and follow through with the proper follow up such as: Executing the approved orders; drafting notes to log details from conversations; and updating next steps in the appropriate project
4) Communicate effectively with support staff in order to provide the best level of service for PHFG clients
