Job Description:
10 years of experience in Business System ANalyst with Travel Domain at least 2 years.
Strong GDS (Global Distribution System)
Analyze current business processes, data and make recommendations for improvement based on industry trends and professional business knowledge
Use a variety of data analysis and organization tools to discover the most impactful insights
Work directly with clients to understand the individual needs of the business
Improve training and operational procedures within a business to increase efficiency and productivity
Create and present reports to executive team members and shareholders to support recommendations
Skills in troubleshooting and problem-solving to overcome organizational challenges
Gathering requirements from stakeholders and developing functional requirements
Consult with personnel from various departments to identify areas for improvement
Designing solutions and writing up technical requirements.
Test and implement technology solutions, oversee implementation, coordinate tests, and observe initiation of the system to validate performance
Strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency in modern script and coding languages.
