As an Account Development Representative (ADR), you will be the first point of contact for our clients, helping to build strong relationships and ensuring they connect with the right audience at the right time. This position is a combination of strategy, creativity, and collaboration. Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Qualify and evaluate incoming leads to ensure smooth handoffs to the sales team.
  • Continuously assess and refine lead generation strategies to optimize client success.
  • Stay current on industry trends and identify new opportunities for client growth.
  • Partner with the marketing team to help optimize lead acquisition campaigns.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred (or equivalent work experience).
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated and proactive with a client-focused mindset.
  • Prior experience in sales or marketing roles is a plus, but not required.
