ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES: -Focused on providing superior clinical outcomes and rewarding experiences for our patients -Document all evaluations, treatments, and other pertinent patient interactions -Adhere to all HIPAA regulations regarding PHI -Adhere to Code of Ethics and Compliance program -Communicate, in a timely manner, with other professionals including physicians, case managers, etc. to provide status updates on patient’s plan of care and progress -Perform annual reviews of all staff members -Supervising Physical Therapist Assistants and Rehab Techs -Expectations for this role are 40 hours per week and 5 days per week in the clinic itself -Additional incentives and bonuses provided
QUALIFICATIONS: -Proven exceptional customer service and patient care experience -Self-motivated with the willingness to exceed patient expectations -Maintaining a positive attitude and build a fun, welcoming environment -Graduated from an accredited Physical Therapist curriculum; MPT or DPT degree -Proof of licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Illinois -Current CPR/BLS Certification -An entrepreneurial spirit with energetic and team-player attitude Preferred Qualifications, but not required: -1 years of outpatient PT leadership/supervision experience -Sports Medicine experience -Orthopedic experience -Dry Needling certification WHAT WE
