Compensation :
- Base Salary : $67,500 – $85,500 based on experience
- Patient Training Bonus : $750 per new patient trained
- Bonus Potential : $4,500 – $30,000 annually
- Vehicle Stipend or Company Tesla / similar vehicle (in qualified situations)

Job Summary As a Home Therapies Registered Nurse with Premier Home Dialysis Services, you'll play a pivotal role in improving the lives of our patients in the Dyersburg, TN area and throughout Northwest Tennessee. You'll provide exceptional care while training and educating patients and their care partners on in-home dialysis modalities. Key Responsibilities
Training and Education : Provide comprehensive training to patients and care partners on in-home dialysis therapies, focusing on safe practices and promoting their independence.Clinical Care : Manage the ongoing care of home dialysis patients in Dyersburg and surrounding areas, including regular assessments, treatment plan development and modifications, and coordination with physicians and other healthcare providers.Quality Assurance : Adhere to established clinical protocols and regulatory guidelines, ensuring high-quality care and patient safety.Documentation : Maintain accurate and timely patient records, documenting all treatment, education, and communication.Travel : Be prepared to travel to patients' homes within your assigned region around Dyersburg.Ideal Candidate Profile
