We are GROWING and seeking an Early Childhood Education Center Director for one of our licensed child care centers!
This is an exciting leadership opportunity for a self-motivated, energetic candidate who is passionate about early childhood education. Our mission is to be a nurturing environment for young children trusted by parents. We accomplish this by focusing on the needs of our students through age-appropriate educational activities in a fun, loving, and safe setting.
Schedule:Ability to open and close the school when needed. Some days shifts will require longer than an 8-hour day.
Compensation: $62,500 - $70,000 annually plus quarterly incentives. Please note that the compensation range is based on relevant education and experience.

- Associates, bachelor’s degree in early childhood education, or Colorado Directors Letter.
- Previousmanagementand leadershipexperience in a licensed childcare facility
- Demonstrated understanding of the needs of families and children
- Demonstrated strong skills in sales and customer service.
- Demonstrated skills in conflict resolution and collaboration.
- Budget and financial accountability and revenue-generation experience preferred.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong management skills
- Excellent communications skills (oral and written)
- Candidate must also pass all background checks and meet state requirements
- Oversee the day-to-daycenteroperations in line with our early childhood philosophy
- Interviewing and onboarding candidates; scheduling and allocation of staffing across the center
- Serve as a mentor/coach to early childhood team
- Focus on new enrollments, tours,marketing, andsuccessfully grow enrollment
- Create positive partnerships with families by serving as a resource and responding to questions and concerns
- Oversee and participate in the preparation and maintenance of a variety of narrative and statistical reports, records and files related to assigned activities and personnel; compose and distribute correspondence
- Be a sales advocate for the center and drive enrollment
- Manage tuition,payrolland center expensesin line with budget
- Articulate in explaining importance of early childhood education (ECE) in child’s development
- Builds relationships with prospective and currently enrolled families
- Develops teaching staff by conducting ongoing observations, coaching, and embedded professional development opportunities
- Ensures orientation and training is received by all new and experienced teachers and/or others and equips employees with job-critical knowledge and education
- Ensure on-going in-house marketing, i.e. regular use of inquiry cards, follow up inquiries, mailings, enrollment retention activities completed by staff
- Display leadership skills
- Performed related duties as assigned
