Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Data Entry / Customer Service Representative to join their team in Culver City for the busy season (January through April). This role involves supporting operations with accurate data entry and providing top-notch customer service to ensure efficient and smooth processes during this high-demand period.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter and update data into company systems and databases.
- Verify and cross-check data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally via phone, email, or in person, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Resolve customer concerns and escalate more complex issues as necessary.
- Maintain organized and confidential records.
- Provide additional administrative support to the team as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
- Previous experience in data entry and/or customer service is preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Availability to work in-office in Culver City from January through April.
Salary: $30 - $35 an hour
