Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive prior art database searches for assessing patentability and conducting Freedom to Operate (FTO) analyses.
• Analyze patent and scientific documents to support patent attorneys in patent prosecution, counseling, and litigation matters.
• Draft patent applications and formulate responses to office actions.
• Provide technological insights to attorneys during preparation for depositions.
