Position Overview: We are seeking 6 Quality Lab Associate III professionals for an initial 6-month contract, with the possibility of extension based on the progress of microbial investigations. This role focuses on ensuring product safety and quality through thorough microbiological analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct microbial testing on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.
• Analyze and interpret microbiological data to identify contamination sources and trends.
• Document findings accurately and prepare reports to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address microbial quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Assist in developing and validating microbiological testing methods and protocols.
• Participate in investigations related to product quality deviations and root cause analyses.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology, Biological Sciences, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in microbiology or quality control within a laboratory setting.
• Strong knowledge of microbial testing methods and quality assurance standards (e.g., ISO, GMP).
• Proficient in data analysis and reporting.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
