Warehouse Lead: 2nd shift, Monday - Friday (3pm - 11pm) 

• Warehouse Lead is responsible for assisting the Warehouse Supervisor in overseeing 30-35 indirect reports consisting of CDL drivers and team members.

• Provide training to all new hires and/or temporary members (by embracing their training, concerns, expectations, quality and onboarding)

• Meet on a daily basis at shift change with 2^nd Shift Supervisor and Target Team Lead, to provide clear communication, expectations and summary of what has been done or needs from 1^st shift.

• Utilize time properly, led by example.

• Take ownership of your own decisions, lead the team.

• Ensure the team is hitting efficient production, is following the Project Managers Operational Plan, in support of on time, accurate delivery, to the customer.

• Assist the Warehouse Supervisor insure proper staffing and manpower needs are appropriate.
