We are currently seeking a motivated, Spanish/English speaking and detailed-oriented Rehab Administrative Assistant to join our team located in Ceres, CA. As a Rehab Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting rehabilitation services by scheduling / confirming appointments, maintaining records, assisting patients with administrative tasks, providing thorough follow-up on paperwork, gathering and entering patient insurance demographics as well as preparing correspondence. Your attention to detail and excellent communication skills and adherence to HIPAA, HQAA, and compliance regulations will contribute to the smooth functioning of our CRT department. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
• Proficient in computer systems and data entry
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
• Knowledge of reimbursement and ability to interpret medical terminology is an asset
• HCPCS coding
• Bi-lingual (A must)
• Make outbound calls to referrals, clients and insurance companies.
• Send and answer emails as well as triage incoming referrals requests.
• Practice and adhere to all HIPPA, HQAA, and compliance rules and regulations
