Swimming Pool Construction Supervisor – Join Our Nationally Recognized Team!
Are you an experienced construction professional with strong leadership and communication skills? Premier Pools & Spas, the nation’s largest and most respected swimming pool builder, is looking for a Swimming Pool Construction Supervisor to join our growing Solano/Contra Costa County team.
As seen on Pool Kings, we specialize in high-quality pool construction, and we need a motivated leader to oversee projects, ensure job site safety & efficiency, and maintain our high standards.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Communicate with the scheduling team & customers to ensure smooth project execution
✅ Supervise concrete decking and patio installations, including drainage, tile and masonry work
✅ Enforce job site appearance, cleanliness and safety
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Construction experience in concrete & masonry (5 years required)
✅ Valid driver’s license with a CLEAN driving record ✅ Reliable transportation to Vacaville, CA each workday
✅ OUTSTANDING communication skills
✅ Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs
