Compensation Analyst

Responsibilities

• Work closely with HR to plan and implement compensation packages
• Ensure compensation practices are in line with labor legislation
• Create fair salary and bonus plans using job evaluations
• Review and assess pay scales, base pay, and incentives
• Analyze compensation data to identify potential issues (like pay gender gaps) ensure equitability in all levels
• Conduct compensation surveys and analyze findings to add value to the company’s strategic plan
• Ensure compensation plans align with the company’s profitability goals
• Gather benchmarking data and restructure compensation to make sure we remain competitive in terms of salaries and benefits
  
  

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Compensation Specialist or a relevant role
• Strong knowledge of HR practices and labor legislation
• Excellent analytical and qualitative skills
• Good communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Finance or relevant background
  
  

Job Highlights

• 100% Remote
• 6 month contract
• 2 years of experience in compensation, finance, or other HR analytical roles
• Advanced Google Sheets or Excel skills with the ability to effectively analyze data and develop or automate repeatable reports, metrics, and models
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and within a team, conduct research, formulate conclusions, and present conclusions regarding business issues
• Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills to communicate and explain compensation philosophy, program design, and recommendations effectively .
• A bachelor's degree is a must. (Preferably HR or Finance)

• $44.52 - $45.16 /hour Pay Rate
