Custodian/Groundskeeper

Premium Subsea, Tomball, Texas

Premium Subsea, an engineering and manufacturing company, is seeking a part-time Custodian/Groundskeeper.

Experience/ Education/ Aptitude:

• Ability to perform grounds, office, and shop maintenance.
• Attention to detail and safety is required.
• Motivated and positive team player.
• High school or equivalent education.
• Ability to take directions and work independently.
• Pride in work and completes jobs on time.

Essential Duties:

• Custodial work: Vacuum/sweep /clean shop, restrooms, breakrooms, offices, parking lots, windows, etc.
• Remove trash daily. Sanitize frequently touched surfaces.
• Landscaping: Trimming, weeding, mulching, fertilizing, pest control, etc.
• Shop: Remove metal shavings from floors and machines. Keep tools clean and in good order.
• Safely operate and care for power equipment and hand tools.
• Maintain stock of disposable, cleaning, and landscape supplies.
• Follow scheduled procedures.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of basic custodial, landscaping, and handyman work.
• Lift up to 50 lbs., walk, bend, climb stairs and ladders, stand for extended periods.
• Use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Must show up on time and work additional hours when needed.
• Proximity to Tomball, TX essential.
• Speak and read English.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Pay based on experience and qualifications. $14 to $16.00/hour.

NOTE: Facility and property under strict no-smoking/tobacco, no-alcohol and no-drugs policy. Initial and follow-up screenings.
