Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with customers, providing exceptional service, and driving sales through effective communication and product knowledge. This role requires a passion for sales and the ability to build rapport with customers while promoting our products.

Duties

• Conduct product demos to showcase features and benefits to potential customers.
• Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products.
• Utilize upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Maintain professional phone etiquette when interacting with customers over the phone.
• Perform basic math calculations to assist customers with transactions and inquiries.
• Manage stock levels, ensuring that products are available for sale and properly displayed.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and fostering a positive shopping experience.
• Apply retail math skills to assist in inventory management and sales reporting.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance overall store performance.

Experience

• Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with product demonstrations and upselling strategies is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for success in this role.
• Basic math skills are required for handling transactions accurately.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn about our products will contribute to your success as a Sales Associate.
