In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring new business through face-to-face B2B sales, building long-term client relationships, and managing customer accounts. Responsibilities:
- Engage potential clients through face-to-face B2B interactions, networking, and industry events.
- Drive new business opportunities by prospecting, cold calling, and building strong client relationships.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by presenting tailored recycling solutions that align with customer sustainability goals.
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations, provide quotes, and negotiate service agreements.
- Stay informed on industry trends and competitor offerings to position services effectively.
- Represent the company at trade shows and local events to expand market reach and generate leads.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline progress in CRM software.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or 3 years of relevant sales experience.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience using Salesforce CRM.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to engage effectively with customers through phone, email, and in-person communications, maintaining professionalism and courtesy.
