Job Title : Certified Home Health Aide
We are currently seeking a compassionate and reliable Certified Home Health Aide to provide in-home care services to a male client on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays. The ideal candidate will have experience in meal preparation, companionship, and homemaking services.
Responsibilities :
- Provide personal care services to the male client in accordance with the care plan
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding
- Provide companionship and emotional support to the client
- Perform light housekeeping duties such as laundry, cleaning, and organizing
- Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in the client's condition to the supervisor
