CARE COORDINATOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
· The Care Coordinator builds relationships; closely working with clients and nursing staff to build strong working bonds
· Consistently provides excellent customer service to our clients and their families
· Understanding the staffing needs of each client: Schedules and staffs nurses to clients based on client’s preferences and the coordinator’s knowledge of our nursing staff
· Recruiting, posting ads or reactivation of previous licensed personnel
· Managing /maintaining patients and employees schedules
· Develop a close working relationship with clinical supervisors to manage our healthcare field staff
· Accompany our clinical staff on customer service visits to client’s homes
· Ensures that our staff are utilized as best as possible in meeting our company’s staffing utilization goals
· Other duties as assigned
CARE COORDINATOR QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to conduct sales and customer services calls and visits to clients
- Highly effective communication skills in person, on the phone, or via email
- Computer literate with the ability to learn a variety of software tools
- Proactive attitude that is solutions oriented
- Ability to remain calm and perform in a fast-paced work environment
- Superior organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Bachelor's degree or relevant industry experience required
- Fluency in English required, Bilingual preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
