Job Overview
We are seeking a full-time, motivated, dependable, and experienced Electrical Foreman to join our Pre-Fabrication Electrical Technicians team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in commercial electrical systems and a commitment to excellence.
Duties
- Manage work in progress and maintain shop production schedule
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial and industrial electrical work.
- Responsible for leading a crew of 2-10 electricians, including both apprentices and journeymen.
- Maintain Shop Equipment
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure all work meets industry standards and project requirements.
- Manage contracts and communicate effectively with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Train and mentor junior electricians, fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Ensure compliance with all safety protocols on the construction site to maintain a safe working environment.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Electrical Foreman or similar role in the construction industry.
- High School Diploma or GED
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and safety regulations.
- Excellent organizational skills with a focus on project scheduling and quality control.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team effectively.
- State of Texas Journeyman License
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35.20 - $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
