Ambulatory Care Nurse

• Job Title: RN Ambulatory Care
• Location: Shiprock, NM 87420
• Duration: 6 to 12 Months

• Shift Schedule: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (Monday - Friday)

Qualification:

• Education: ASN / BSN
• License: Current, valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in any State of USA
• Certifications: BLS
• Experience: Shall have minimum of 2 years’ experience in clinic / ambulatory setting

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for conducting initial patient assessments, including vital signs and medical history, to assist in diagnosis and treatment planning.
• Administering medications, assisting minor procedures, and providing education and support to patients regarding their health conditions and treatments.
• Act as a liaison between patients and healthcare providers, ensuring effective communication and continuity of care.
• Play a key role in maintaining patient records and coordinating follow-up care, ensuring a seamless patient experience in the clinic setting.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $45.00 - $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
