The Operations Manager reports to Station or Regional Management and oversees airline accounts to ensure that the operation is meeting and exceeding the customer’s expectations. This includes primary responsibility for the following:

General Qualifications:
Education/Experience:
Bachelor’s degree. Associate’s degree or high school diploma or equivalent may be substituted with two or more years relevant experience in the aviation industry.
Language Ability:
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to communicate effectively in English.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
Computer Skills:
Proficiency is required in Microsoft Excel and Word, sufficient to write letters, organize schedules, and perform other tasks related to operations.
Certificates and Licenses:
No certifications needed.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
This job requires supervision of all personnel for a major airline account.
