SEEKING GENERAL LABORERS AND MIXERS FOR LOCAL RUBBER COMPANY IN CUYAHOGA FALLS, OH!

4 Night Work Week, 10 Hour Shifts!

Compounding Description: Seeking candidates to handle general labor and compounding/mixing duties. Responsibilities will include moving raw materials, weighing ingredients, and overseeing rubber compounding and production. Experience preferred but not required. Training will be provided. Heavy lifting, up to 50 lbs, may be required at times. Great opportunity for long term employment!

Starting Pay: $16.50 .60 Shift Differential = $17.10 per hour, Paid Weekly!

Shift:

• 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM to 8:30 AM, Sunday Night - Wednesday Nights (10 Hour Shifts) (4 Day Work Week)
  
  

Requirements and Responsibilities:

• * Must have previous work history in Manufacturing / Factory Work
• * Review, prepare, and understand product specifications for each compound and production number.
• * Operators need to check for contaminants such as wood or paper while weighing and cutting rubber.
• * Must be able to lift 50 lbs
• * Steel toe boots
• * Must have OWN RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION
• * Must be able to pass pre-employment drug and background screening
