PRIMROSE SCHOOL SOUTH GILBERT is Hiring an Infant Teacher Near Gilbert, AZ
As an Infant Teacher at The Primrose School of South Gilbert, you’ll create a fun, safe environment with a daily schedule designed to develop children’s confidence and independence. You’ll help guide these little ones through small group instruction as they grow their ability to absorb new content and understand increasingly complex information.
- We allow you the time to focus on the children in your care by providing our Balance Learning Curriculum for every classroom.
- Daily lesson plans and themes are provided at least 2-weeks in advance to make preparation easy plus we purchase all the supplies needed to run your classroom

- Four leadership team members up front so that we can focus on delivering the best experience for both our teachers and families
- Spend your days building genuine relationships with each child and their families.
- Partner with families to insure that you are exceeding their expectations on the care of their little one.
- Work with your co-teacher to implement the lesson plans from the research-informed Balanced Learning® curriculum.
- Maintain a well-kept classroom that encourages children to create, explore and make decisions with confidence.
- Discover what works best for each child as you teach them about the world around them.
- We are looking for those teachers who love infants and toddlers
- This position requires at least 1 year of experience in a licensed childcare facility as the Lead Infant Teacher
- You must meet all AZ Licensing requirements and have obtained your fingerprint clearance card and TB Test documentation before you start
