The Lead Screen Printer is responsible for overseeing and performing various aspects of the screen printing process, ensuring high-quality output and efficient production.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain automatic and manual screen printing presses, conveyor units, and flash dryers.
- Master the entire screen preparation process: cleaning, masking, inspecting, and determining the correct screen size and mesh count.
- Accurately mix ink colors and utilize screen printing chemicals safely.
- Dry, fold, and package screen-printed items.
- Maintain accurate work logs and inventory records.
- Conduct quality assurance tests on printed products.
- Contribute to a positive and productive team environment.
- Meet production deadlines efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the darkroom and screen storage areas.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a Screen Printer.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Strong creative and artistic skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Comfortable working with inks and chemicals.
- Experience operating heavy machinery.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work occasional nights or overtime as needed.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $12.50 - $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
