Private Advisory Group is Hiring a Client Services Near Redmond, WA
Private Advisory Group offers integrated wealth management services for high-net-worth individuals and families. We are growing and are looking for another outstanding person to support our clients and advisors in the role of Client Services.

This is a detail-oriented position that requires the ability to multitask, anticipate needs, and adjust to changing priorities as well as operate as an effective member of a team. You must be reliable, organized, and deadline driven. This individual will be primarily responsible for supporting the Lead and Associate Advisor.
Qualities & Functional Responsibilities:
The client service associate provides high-quality support to the Lead and Associate Advisor. They help coordinate client meetings, prepare presentations, and help service clients. As your skill set and interest expand, this role can grow into more of an advisory and planning-focused role.
- Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); ability to learn in-house programs and tools – including preparing client facing presentations
- Reliable, punctual, and follows through on commitments
- Possesses a passion to help our team and our clients
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to coordinate professionals’ schedule
- Possesses strong analytical skills, takes direction, and ability to execute a plan
- Ability to see the big picture and handle details
Education & Experience:
- 2 to 4 years of customer service or finance-related experience
- Undergraduate degree in business/economics preferred
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office & CRM systems preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
