Pro-Care Medical Center has an immediate opening for a Patient Services Coordinator. We are a quick-moving and entrepreneurial organization, currently operating clinics in the Greater Austin and San Antonio areas. Job Summary:
As a Patient Services Coordinator, you will work alongside the clinical team and act as the first point of contact for patients. In this role, you will greet patients, manage appointments, and oversee daily clinic operations while providing exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for inputting patient data, coordinating schedules, and following up with patients, all while maintaining a friendly, empathetic attitude. The ideal candidate is adaptable and detail-driven with a strong commitment to customer care and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule appointments, manage incoming calls, and follow up with patients questions and concerns
- Enter patient information into our EMR system, process new patient registrations, and confirm demographic and insurance details
- Keep provider schedules organized and ensure efficient clinic operations
- Respond to patient inquiries and provide information about medical services and procedures
- Assist with other duties as needed to maintain a smooth-running clinic
Additional Skills:
- Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to interact effectively with a wide range of visitors, clients, and team members.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Working knowledge of office management systems and tools, including proficiency with EMR software and handling digital records.

- Excellent interpersonal skills, allowing you to effectively handle inquiries, direct visitors, and resolve any customer concerns efficiently.
Compensation and Benefits: We offer competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, 401k, and paid time off after 30 days. Salary based on experience.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
- Strong English language skills required, Spanish language skills a plus
- Previous experience in a medical office setting is a highly desirable
