Please note is a PT position. Hours are flexible but the actual inspections must be completed within the normal business day of M-F & 8 to 5. You have around 2 to 3 weeks to complete each work assignment. This position requires the person to contact the insured and set a date and time to meet with the insured. When meeting at the scheduled time you will need to take photos of both interior and exterior of the property. You will need to measure the building and go through the questionnaire with the insured. Once you return to your home office, you’ll need to upload the photos and complete the report online. The pay is per inspection, and you act as your own subcontractor. Each inspection takes about 15 to 30 minutes and the report takes about 45-60 minutes. Items you must have to do this work is – a digital camera, measuring wheel, cell phone with GPS, a computer and reliable vehicle. We will train the right inspector, so you do not need any background with this type of work. Also, some of our customers require a background check. We will train the right person for this open position. We will need references to verify your work history.
