What are the responsibilities and job description for the Real Estate Assistant position at Pro REA Staffing?
Job Description
Job Description
Join top real estate agent Nicki Banucci as her right-hand assistant, where you'll play a key role in preparing homes for the market, coordinating directly with homeowners, and stepping out of the office to inspect listings and handle hands-on tasks. With multiple projects in motion, your ability to anticipate needs, solve problems creatively, and keep things running smoothly will allow Nicki to focus on her clients and close more deals.
We're looking for an experienced administrative professional (minimum two years in a similar role or relevant experience). Real estate experience isn't required, but if you've worked as a personal assistant for a high-net-worth individual, managed events, provided concierge services at a luxury hotel, handled property management, or supported an interior designer, you'll likely thrive in this role.
If you love a fast-paced, ever-changing work environment where no two days are the same-and you're energized by problem-solving and top-tier client service-this could be the perfect fit for you!
About Nicki Banucci
As a resident of the Bay Area since 1982, Nicki specializes in residential home sales
anywhere in Santa Clara County - from Luxury Homes to Condos and everything in
between. She has dedicated over 30 years to the Customer Service industry,
negotiating millions of dollars in sales. While real estate is her passion, Nicki also enjoys
finding time to sit down with a good book. Any time spent in the sun or nature
rejuvenates her, and she loves playing with her two kids! The Banucci Team enjoys
spending time together in and outside of work. If feeling like a team member is
important to you, you'll fit right in.

You are used to being client-facing and maintain a professional appearance and
demeanor. In addition to being hardworking and diligent, you pride yourself on your
commitment to ethics and integrity. Communication is your forte, and you have a knack
for reading the room - nothing gets by you.
