Administrative Assistant- Billing
We are currently seeking a temp to hire Administrative Assistant to join our client's busy finance team. This position provides support for the administrative and billing tasks of the firm. The position responsibilities include invoice preparation, generating invoices, reviewing billing data for accuracy, process and file mail, back up coverage for the receptionist and other administrative tasks as needed. The ideal candidate for this role has 2 years of administrative experience, proficiency in MS Office (specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook), the ability to support internal and external customers, and excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.2 years of administrative experience, proficiency in MS Office (specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook), the ability to support internal and external customers, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
