Responsibilities:
- Managing AR portfolio, $50MM
- 150 Accounts
- Maintain outstanding DSO for an assigned collection portfolio
- Complete and document daily collection calls and identify high-risk accounts/ place accounts in suspension within department guidelines
- Responsible for timely dispute resolution and negotiation/payouts within department guidelines
- Identify, document, and distribute disputes to the appropriate area for resolution
- Prepare and mail preliminary lien notices and bond claims that comply with state statutes to secure account receivable balances; file & record actual lien filings according to State Statutes
- Advanced Excel – V- look up and Pivot Tables helpful
- SAP and HighRadius ERP experience a huge plus
