PCS is an innovative company looking for a new Division Manager for our Louisville office! Our team has experienced exceptional growth year over year, adding many fortune-500 companies to our client base. We’re searching for candidates who are experienced within the Structured Cabling and Physical Security industries utilizing BICSI, NEC, and industry standards. BICSI, e.g. RCDD, and manufacturer certifications are a plus

POSITION PURPOSE:

The Division Manager supervises and leads the PCS Louisville’s office operations and employees to ensure company productivity and efficiency, including but not limited to, implementing business strategies, evaluating company performances, and supervising employees.

Job Summary:

  • Assess and identify new opportunities for growth in current and prospective markets.
  • Develops and coordinates business opportunities in the structured cabling and physical security industries through continuous professional contact with existing and/or new clientele.
  • Identify, develop, and expand client base.
  • Establish office goals and objectives.
  • Support recruitment and training of new employees.
  • Perform regular employee evaluations to determine areas of improvement.
  • Organize and coordinate operations in ways that ensure maximum productivity.
  • Design business strategies and plans to meet the company goals.
  • Ensure sufficient resources such as personnel, material, and equipment are available to complete company needs.
  • Ensure all company activities adhere to legal guidelines and policies.
  • Assess overall company performance.
  • Establish, maintain, and grow relationships with partners/vendors/suppliers.
  • Resolve employee and client issues, as needed.
  • Represent the company in events, conferences, etc.
  • Strategize, implement, and oversee processes for increased productivity and growth.
  • Design daily operational programs that produce organizational objectives.
  • Manage the overall P&L of this division.

Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Embrace and operate within core values.
  • Develops and implements business objectives and relationship activities.
  • Manages the pipeline for the region and associated offices.
  • Responsible for reviewing details are ongoing business and projects of this division.
  • Provide appropriate data analytics of sales and distributors and partners to appropriate management teams.
  • Work with management team to develop long-term strategic initiatives.
  • Create and maintain rolling 3-months sales forecast and targeting sales attainment plans.
  • Participate in competitive analysis and pricing strategy development in Michigan market.
  • Develop a comprehensive company budget and perform periodic budget analyses.
  • Supervising employees and provide insight to improve efficiency.
  • Weighing company performance against company monthly, quarterly, and yearly objectives.
  • Support customer-facing operations, including sales, marketing, and public relations.
  • Adhere to all company policies, practices, and procedures.

Working Environment:

  • Regularly exposed to work in non-climate-controlled environments.
  • May be exposed to airborne particles and dirt in outdoor or construction environments.
  • Noise levels can be high depending upon work site and tools required.
  • Handle a variety item, equipment, control knobs, switches, etc.
  • Have frequent interaction with team members, customers, and vendors. Strong customer service skills.
  • Pass criminal background check and drug screen test.
  • Work nights, weekends and travel when needed.
  • Arrive to work on time.

Other requirements:

  • Hold a High School Diploma or GED Certificate
  • Valid Driver’s license required, safe driving record and reliable transportation.
  • Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check.
  • Have a desire to be a team player and succeed.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Basic computer and smart phone skills needed.
