We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to join our team in providing evidence-based behavioral health services to young children. Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient assessments to identify behavioral challenges and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Utilize Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles to design and implement behavioral interventions and strategies.
- Collaborate with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
- Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, adhering to HIPAA guidelines.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Provide patient education and support to promote behavioral health and overall well-being.
- Ensure all treatment sessions are conducted in a safe and therapeutic environment.
- Maintain ongoing training and professional development in behavioral health and patient care.
SKILLS
- Strong knowledge of behavioral therapy and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles.
- Experience working with children
- Proficiency in medical terminology and medical records management.
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations.
- Ability to provide patient assessment and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Experience with inhaling or other breathing techniques (if applicable).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in behavioral health, patient care, and medical records management.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $45.00 - $55.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 35 per week
