The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence across the organization. Your primary goal will be to increase our organization's productivity, efficiency, and profitability. You will advise the owners on key operational insights as well as provide coaching to employees and managerial associates.
Responsibilities
- Conduct Strategic Planning annually and create operational plan/budget based on findings
- Oversee and evaluate day-to-day operations
- Identify new market opportunities to accelerate growth
- Present operational strategy recommendations based on your market research
Qualifications
- 5 years of managerial experience in healthcare required-ophthalmology a plus
- Strategic planning and business development experience
- Strong written and verbal and presentation skills
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Working knowledge of CPT coding, ICD-10 codes
- Knowledge of HIPAA, OSHA, ADA, FMLA, DOL, SDS and other healthcare specific regulations
- Human resource expertise and the ability to lead through change required
- Facilities management experience with knowledge in contract negotiations and project management
- Inventory tracking, budgeting and forecasting experience needed
Salary : $100,000 - $125,000
