TITLE: Salesforce Architect

LOCATION: Portland, Oregon (Hybrid)

PAY: Target pay for this role is $160,000–$190,000 per year but may vary based on experience.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

Overview of responsibilities:

• Lead the integration of Salesforce with internal engineering, data analytics, and systems teams to support cross-functional data flow and functionality.
• Design scalable and secure Salesforce solutions integrated with enterprise systems like Snowflake and third-party tools.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver innovative, comprehensive solutions.
• Oversee advanced customizations and integrations, including Snowflake, Amazon Connect, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
• Implement robust DevOps practices to enhance workflows, change management, and integration.
• Continuously optimize and refine Salesforce implementations for efficiency and scalability.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Must Haves:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in Salesforce architecture and systems integration.
• Expertise in Salesforce configurations, customizations, and DevOps practices.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud, and Experience Cloud.

Nice to Haves:

• Experience with Snowflake or similar data warehouse technologies.
• Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) certification.
• Master’s degree in a related field.
• Authorization to work in the US is a precondition of employment - we do not sponsor work visas
