Role Description
· This is a full-time on-site role for a Plant Maintenance Technician located in Lenox, MA.
· The Plant Maintenance Technician will be responsible for equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, maintenance & repair, and industrial maintenance tasks on a daily basis.
Qualifications
· Equipment Maintenance and Repair skills
· Troubleshooting expertise
· Experience in performing Preventive Maintenance
· Industrial Maintenance knowledge
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively
· Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
· Prior experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting
· Technical certification or relevant training in maintenance field
