We are looking for a AR1 A4 SC3 (Senior Application Developer) (Min 6 yrs Exp) REMOTE (Both Webcam & In Person Interview)
POSITION DESCRIPTION

Length: 12Months
Work Address: Dauphin County, PA-17110
Immediate Interviews – Both Webcam & In Person Interview
This position is REMOTE (Local to Harrisburg, PA)
requires the services of a Senior Application Developer staff augmentation consultant to assist with project.
Work Location: Remotely
Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM (Mon. - Fri.)
Candidate may need to report to office for badging and/or picking up their commonwealth-issued equipment.
This may feature an initial virtual interview via Teams, then perhaps an in-person onsite interview. If a virtual pre-screen via Teams, then in order to deter a fake candidate scam the candidate must present a valid photo ID (and another form of ID (e.g. Passport, etc..)) to the camera at the beginning of the interview. They also must pan the camera 360 degrees in the fixed room for the panel to see to make sure they are the only person in the room during the interview.
The Candidate Should Have All The Following Requirements:
Candidates must have ALL the “Required” skills in order to be considered for the position. “Desired” or “Highly Desired” skills are a PLUS but may NOT be required.

- IT expertise in development and support of large, complex, mission critical, enterprise software systems
- Provide a highly stable and supportable environment improving all aspects of the Enterprise system
- Provide ongoing assessment of the operational state of the network, compute, and security operations and drive continuous improvements
- Continuously evaluate the evolving needs of the Enterprise systems and ensure sufficient capacity is planned and in place to meet the needs of the agencies and customers
- Lead the identification and mitigation of risks, troubleshoot, and provide resolution to
- complex end to end scenarios involving multiple external agencies, products, protocols,
- Develop and document standards, policies, processes, roles, and responsibilities to support the operations
- Maintain and enhance documentation of architecture, infrastructure, and system trouble
- shooting methods
- Develop, measure, and maintain KPI’s for the core network, compute, and security
- Unique combination of expertise in Solution Management applications
- Understanding of OO concepts and design patterns
- Good understanding of TFS, build and deployment process
- Problem-solving and critical thinking
- Must be able to work independently
- Can communicate effectively with multiple team members at a given time
- Strong team-building, vendor and customer relations skills
