Summary
Responsible for assisting Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to provide high-level, confidential administrative support in clerical, administrative and project-based operations. This function includes scheduling travel, arranging meetings, handling information requests, preparing reports and correspondence and being a liaison with board members. This position is often privy to confidential information and as such, requires diplomacy and discretion.
