What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Operations Manager position at PROLIM Corporation?
This Operations Manager will be responsible to understand the needs of the existing and new channels, defining the initial setup for the development of processes and tools required by the expanding Sales Teams, ensuring the needed data sources, reporting, CRM requirements are met.
Defining core planning processes, developing core documents, KPIs and rhythm of business of the telco channel
Supporting the Sales Operations Lead to manage the Sales rhythm of business
Co-ordinating Account Reviews and partner meetings ensuring all XFN teams are briefed, prepared and ready for a smooth delivery
Support in planning the forecasting cycle
Support in creating the weekly newsletter, making sure all main Sales updates are captured, as well as those coming from the cross-functional team
Supporting the Sales Operations Lead with the Integrated Channel Planning process to ensure global alignment whilst yet meeting the EMEA regional needs
Managing/facilitating key retail meetings and supporting Sales Managers
Minimum Qualifications
10 years’ experience in Sales Operations/Enablement role.
Experience working in large Sales organizations and Tech companies
Demonstrated presentation skills both in person and through expression.
Excel spreadsheets, ability to translate number into insights.
Ex-Consultants: Someone who did Consulting for a couple years and then went into the industry.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics or related.
