PROMAN Staffing has partnered with a well-known Plumbing Supply Distributor to hire a Customer Service Chat Representative for their Dallas, TX location.
We are now hiring Customer Service Chat Representatives who are team players, versatile, and dependable!
Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
Pay Rate: $24 per hour
Customer Service Chat Representative Job Summary
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all general inquiry phone calls, text messages, and web chat messages.
- Answer questions about products, availability, and services across multiple channels.
- Act as a backup for location-specific inquiries by ensuring messages and calls are responded to promptly.
- Manage and oversee the company’s phone system to ensure calls are answered or returned promptly.
- Conduct outreach to top customers to confirm satisfaction and gather feedback.
- Send review invitations and engage customers in post-purchase follow-up.
- Track response times, missed calls, and interactions to create reports on communication effectiveness.
Customer Service Chat Representative Job Qualifications
- Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
- Proficiency with communication tools (phone systems, web chat, text messaging).
- Two years’ experience in customer service, customer success, or similar roles; experience with phone systems is a plus.
- Problem-solving skills to address customer concerns.
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
