PROMAN Staffing has joined with the number one distribution partner for polymer rubber and chemicals to source and hire a forward-thinking Warehouse Lead to join their global organization at the Plainfield, Ill. facility
This is a DIRECT HIRE opportunity.
The Warehouse Lead role involves managing production processes, ensuring quality standards, maintaining a safe work environment and leading a team of 15-20 employees.
Warehouse Lead Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate shift operations, including lamination, die-cutting, sheet feeders, and corner board manufacturing.
- Drive productivity while ensuring customer specifications and deadlines are met.
- Coach and hold team members accountable for performance, safety, and compliance.
- Set clear expectations, manage conflict resolution, and foster a positive work culture.
Warehouse Lead Qualifications:
- Proven supervisory experience in a manufacturing/distribution environment.
- Strong coaching, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
- Sense of urgency and ability to lead change effectively.
- High school diploma or GED required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
