Responsibilities
- Design and Create program and curriculum to ensure classroom readiness and academic preparedness for students on the spectrum.
- Oversee a caseload of RBT-level students and provide mentorship and guidance.
- Manage a small caseload of 15 billable hours.
- Assign and balance student cases.
- Conduct monthly audits of BCBA supervisors and their assigned students.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years as a BCBA
- BCBA Certification Required
- Master's in ABA, Psychology, or related field.
Compensation
• $80,000 - $90,000 salary
